Welcome to Full Love Ahead!
Our website is designed to lifting the spirits of parents of children with autism spectrum disorders. We give parents a chance to share their stories and we offer special education advcoate services to NH students.
Parents go through the cycle of denial, guilt, anger, grief, confusion, helplessness and more. We experience an emotional whirlwind that repeats itself starting with the moment we receive the news of our child's diagnosis. It's important to take the time to recognize how wonderful our children really are.
Autism effects your relationship with your child, but you might be surprised to discover the enormous impact it has on relationships with family, friends, neighbors, employer, healthcare providers, insurance companies, school, and of course, your spouse!
Days are full. On top of the daily chores, there are special ed struggles, wraparound meetings, therapy appointments, medication trials, advocacy groups and social skills classes.
Tired goes with the territory for every parent, but for people like us, it's a different kind of fatigue. When we're down, our children's struggles and problems quickly become our struggles and problems . It's easy to get overwhelmed. Many parents can get out to attend evening support groups. Many parents are at work and can't attend seminars and meetings offered by the community.

We've found numerous websites and resources that help explain the therapies available, but not one single resource to truly support the parents.
The truth is that things have a way of working out. It is and it will be okay. Things will be much easier for you if you add lots of laughter and inspirational stories and lighten your load.
I'm hoping this website provides you with a way to restore peace, joy and order in your life.
You will survive this. Carve out time to enjoy your children. Carve out time to enjoy your life, even if it's only when you find time to sit in front of your computer.

Full Love Ahead was founded by a New Hampshire wife and mother who didn't really understand how pervasive the diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome is.
Because it takes a village to raise our kids, we continue to invite and welcome talented, positive people who "get it" to join the full at Full-Love-Ahead.
Together we bring you the best we have to offer to get you over the rough spots.
Autism is serious and time consuming, but it is not a death sentence .
We are determined to help other parents feel stay motivated and find happiness so you can best meet the needs of your families and yourselves.
When it's clear that everyone in the household is overwhelmed, the last thing you might feel like doing is giving a warm hug, encouraging word, or dose of tenderness. But the extra effort helps everyone feel better and smiles return faster when you adopt the motto, "Full Love Ahead!"
